Who we are
Between Stays Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the website at www.betweenstayscleaning.com and provides cleaning services in El Paso, Texas and Wilmington, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. The only information we receive through it is what you choose to send us when you call, text or email — typically your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property to be cleaned, and details about the cleaning you want. The “build a quote brief” tool on our contact page runs entirely in your browser; it drafts an email in your own mail app and sends nothing to us until you press send.
When you become a client we also keep the information needed to do the work: access instructions, pets, preferences, service history and billing details.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and give you a quote
- To schedule, perform and follow up on cleaning services
- To send service-related reminders and arrival updates by call, text or email
- To invoice you and process payment
- To keep records we are required to keep by law
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Who we share it with
Only our employees and contractors who need it to clean your property, and who have agreed to keep it confidential. Access codes and keys are shared only with the cleaners assigned to your job. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, an invoicing or payment processor), or when the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and this website
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. The site stores one small preference in your browser (your chosen service area) using local storage; it never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads, as it would for any site using that service. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and performance. If we enable privacy-preserving, cookie-free traffic analytics in future, that will be noted here.
Text messages
If you contact us by text or give us your mobile number, we may text you about your booking, arrival and service. We do not send marketing texts and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for the period afterward that tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. Access codes are deleted when your service ends.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email [email protected] or call (575) 270-9330.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do; material changes will be noted here and, for active clients, told to you directly.
