What we don't do

01What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a home that's already in decent shape — surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, trash. A deep clean adds the build-up layer: baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, vents, hard-water deposits, and detail work around fixtures. Most homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in six months or more start with a deep clean, then move to a recurring schedule at the standard rate.

02How often should I schedule a recurring clean?

Every other week is the most common choice and works for most households. Weekly makes sense with kids, pets, a home office, or allergies. Monthly works for smaller homes, couples who travel, or anyone who keeps up with tidying and just wants the deep surfaces handled.

03Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — products, cloths, and vacuums all come with the crew. If you'd prefer we use something specific for a stone counter, a sealed hardwood, or a scent sensitivity in the house, leave it out with a note and we'll use yours instead.

04Can I request the same cleaner every time?

That's the default on a recurring schedule, not an upgrade. You get a consistent crew, and if someone is out we tell you before the visit rather than sending a stranger unannounced.

05Do I need to tidy before you arrive?

No, but the cleaning goes further if flat surfaces are clear. Cleaning around clutter takes time that could go into the actual surfaces. If you'd like us to organize as we go, say so up front and we'll build it into the quote.
