Standard turnover
Full reset between guests on a fixed per-property price — beds stripped and remade, bathrooms and kitchen reset, floors done, trash out, and every room returned to its listing-photo staging.
Fixed-price changeovers for short-term rentals across El Paso — downtown lofts, Sunset Heights bungalows, West Side homes, casitas, and East Side properties — with linens, restock, and a same-day photo report before the next guest arrives.

The El Paso rental calendar
El Paso short-term rentals don't run on a beach-town rhythm. Demand comes in concentrated waves: Fort Bliss family visits and unit ceremonies, UTEP football weekends and graduation, medical travel to the hospital district, cross-border business trips, and the long Hueco Tanks climbing season from October into March.
What that means operationally is that quiet weeks are followed by weekends where every property in your portfolio turns on the same afternoon. A cleaner who can handle one turn is not the same as a crew that can handle six in one Saturday window — and the second one is what actually protects your rating.
Add the local variable: a property that sat empty through a windy week has grit on the sills, film on the glass, and hard-water spotting in the shower. All three photograph badly. All three are on the turnover checklist.
Scheduled the night before, not the morning of. Turns are routed and confirmed the evening before, so a Saturday with six changeovers is a plan rather than a scramble.
Turnover services
Priced per property after a first walkthrough or a floor plan — a downtown studio and a five-bedroom West Side house shouldn't pay the same rate for the same word.
Full reset between guests on a fixed per-property price — beds stripped and remade, bathrooms and kitchen reset, floors done, trash out, and every room returned to its listing-photo staging.
On-site laundering where the machine and the window allow, or swapped clean sets delivered with the crew for tight same-day turns during event weekends.
Consumables replaced to your par levels, plus a same-day photo report on anything broken, missing, stained, or running low.
On longer bookings — common with travel medical staff, TDY stays, and extended business trips — bathrooms, kitchen, floors, trash, and fresh towels while the guest is out.
Twice a year, the reset a hundred fast turns can't do: grout, vents, appliance interiors, baseboards, upholstery, and hard-water build-up on every shower door in the place.
Detached casitas and converted garages get their own checklist and their own line on the invoice instead of being folded into the main house's time.
Areas covered
Turnover crews are routed by area so a tight window isn't spent crossing the city. Same-day turns are confirmed the evening before.
Not on the list? Most short-term rental inventory in the city sits inside this list. Call (575) 270-9330 and we'll tell you straight.
Who we turn for
One listing, one fixed per-turn price, one person to text. You get a done notice with photos and never have to drive over to check.
We take the calendar directly — a channel link, a PMS export, or a shared calendar — and send completion notices to whoever needs them, including the owner.
Multi-property routing, per-property pricing, and one consolidated monthly invoice you can pass through cleanly.
Longer stays with mid-stay refreshes and a reset between occupants, on a schedule that follows the assignment.
Sun Bowl weekend, graduation, festival weekends — the times you list a property you normally don't. We'll take the one-off turn.
Backyard casitas and guest suites turned on their own checklist, often same-day alongside the main house.
Yes. That four-hour window is the standard El Paso turn and it's what the schedule is built around. Give us the checkout time and the check-in time and we'll confirm the slot the day before, not the morning of.
Those are two of the busiest pockets we work. Sunset Heights, Kern Place, downtown lofts, and the bungalows around the university turn constantly during football weekends, graduation, and event weeks. We also cover the East Side, the West Side, and the properties out toward Horizon City.
Hueco Tanks bouldering season runs roughly October through March and it fills short-term rentals with early-departure guests. Those turns tend to run earlier in the day than a typical vacation booking, and we schedule them that way rather than showing up on a summer timetable in January.
Yes — paper goods, soap, dish and laundry supplies, coffee, and trash liners, kept to par levels you set. You get a low-supply alert before you run out rather than a message from a guest about it.
Yes. Fixed per-turn pricing per property, routed as a group so back-to-back Saturdays don't fall apart, and one consolidated invoice. Owners with three or more properties get a named coordinator instead of a general line.
Window sills, tracks, thresholds, blinds, vents, and ceiling fans are on the turnover checklist here, not on the deep-clean-only list. In El Paso a property that sat empty for four days during wind season has visible grit on the sills, and a guest will photograph it.
